Shipping Policy
Fast, discreet, and reliable delivery across the European Union.
1. Shipping Coverage
Pepcore ships to all EU member states, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. We also ship to non-EU European countries including Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom (subject to customs). International orders outside Europe are not accepted.
2. Dispatch & Processing
Orders received before 12:00 CET (noon) Monday through Saturday are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 CET or on Sundays/public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Processing includes quality verification and discreet packaging.
3. Delivery Times
Standard EU delivery takes 2–5 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate and depends on your location and customs processing. Orders to remote EU areas (e.g., Cyprus, Malta) may take 5–7 business days. International orders to non-EU countries may take 7–14 business days plus customs clearance time.
4. Packaging & Discretion
All packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging without external branding, product names, or content indicators. Packages are sealed securely to prevent tampering. Contents are not visible from outside the package. We do not include promotional material or reference material purity or composition on external labels.
5. Tracking & Updates
All orders are shipped with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your package in real-time through the carrier's website. We recommend keeping your tracking number for reference and proof of delivery.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. EU orders under 100 EUR subtotal incur a 12 EUR shipping fee. Orders 100 EUR or above qualify for free EU-wide shipping. Non-EU international orders incur additional customs fees (calculated by the carrier) that are paid by the recipient at delivery.
7. Delivery Address Requirements
You must provide a complete, accurate delivery address including street name and number, postal code, city, and country. We recommend using a residential or business address where someone is present to receive the package. PO boxes and mailroom addresses are not recommended as carriers may not deliver to them. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, we will help you investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend your order at no cost or issue a full refund (after claiming insurance). If your package arrives damaged, document the damage with photos and contact us immediately at info@pepcore.net. We will replace damaged items.
9. Customs & Import Regulations
Pepcore is a legitimate EU-based research chemical supplier. Packages are labeled correctly as research materials. EU countries do not charge import duties for intra-EU shipments. Non-EU recipients may incur customs duties or VAT, which are the recipient's responsibility. Some non-EU countries restrict imports of certain research chemicals. We recommend verifying local regulations before ordering.
10. Refused or Returned Packages
If you refuse delivery or your package is returned by the carrier, we will store it for up to 14 days. You may rearrange reshipment, arrange a different delivery address, or request a refund minus 15% restocking fee. Packages returned due to customer refusal are non-refundable after 14 days.
11. Restrictions & Compliance
Pepcore complies with all EU and member state regulations regarding export of research materials. Products are sold for legitimate research use only. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to addresses where we have reasonable suspicion of misuse or legal violation.
12. Liability & Disclaimers
Pepcore is not responsible for: customs seizure or legal confiscation, delays caused by customs processing, import duties or taxes, damage from weather or carrier negligence (beyond our control), or delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Our liability for shipping failures is limited to the order value.
13. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disaster, war, labor strike, or other unforeseeable circumstances), shipment delays are beyond our control. We will update you of delays and work to resume normal shipping as soon as possible.
