1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Pepcore website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Pepcore service.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by Pepcore are strictly for laboratory and research use only. Products are NOT intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any use other than legitimate scientific research. Users confirm they are authorized researchers, laboratories, or educational institutions. Pepcore is not responsible for misuse of products outside their intended research applications.
3. Age & Authorization
You must be at least 18 years of age to place orders. By ordering, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the possession and use of research chemicals in your country or region.
4. Product Information
We provide detailed product information including purity analysis, COA (Certificate of Analysis), and HPLC/MS data. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free. Product availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
5. Payment & Billing
We accept SEPA bank transfer, cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments), and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before order dispatch. Orders are not confirmed until payment is verified. For SEPA transfers, use your order reference number as the payment description. Cryptocurrency payments confirm after 1 network confirmation.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Pepcore ships to EU countries via discreet packaging. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days for EU destinations. Orders placed before 12:00 CET (Monday–Saturday) dispatch the same day. International orders outside the EU are not accepted. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pepcore provides products "as-is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product use, misuse, or inability to use services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for products.
8. Disclaimers
Products are sold without any representation or warranty regarding their effectiveness, safety, or suitability for any particular use. Pepcore does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, or scientific advice. Users are responsible for understanding applicable laws in their jurisdiction before ordering.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pepcore website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pepcore or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the Netherlands. Pepcore operates under KvK registration number 98680099.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
