Description

SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small-molecule pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ, a family of orphan nuclear receptors that coordinate cellular energy programs. It is supplied as an investigational laboratory compound for use in mitochondrial-pathway research, exercise-mimetic research, and energy-metabolism research.

Laboratory research studies have positioned SLU-PP-332 as a reference tool compound for activating ERR-driven transcriptional networks that overlap with the molecular response to endurance exercise.
